For me the most fulfilling way to energize my soul and promote my overall well-being is my daily gratitude practice.

Gratitude Journaling

Every morning, after my daily Yoga and Meditation, I grab myself a coffee and settle myself on the couch with my journal and pen and write down at least 3 things I was grateful for the past day. I start with: “About yesterday…” It doesn’t take me more than 10 minutes, but it is so great to start your day with a deep sense of gratitude.
