I’m happy you opted to get outside more and walk towards the most mindful version of YOU. I created an inspiring challenge that will bring you closer towards living a more intentional life with every step you take.

As soon as we start with the challenge, you can expect a daily e-mail in your inbox. Filled with tips and tricksfun stuff, and ideas to guide you successfully through the 60 days. I would also like to encourage you to join the free and private Backyard Hiker Tribe!

The most important advice however I would like to share is to show up day after day. When you commit and keep putting your work out there, good things will start to happen. You’ll make new connections, you’ll start to feel the benefits of walking and conscious breathing and will discover what walking can mean to you, step by step.
