FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Keeping the Lowveld Climate into account, our walking coaching sessions are planned in the morning or late afternoon. As soon as your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link via e-mail so you can book your sessions.
Life can get in between. If you’d like to reschedule, please do so at least 48h in advance. As for cancellations, the coaching fee is unfortunately non-refundable.
We require 100% payment at the time of booking your coaching spot. Payment can be arranged via EFT.
Our walking sessions can take place in my Backyard in White River. If you however feel more comfortable in your own Backyard, then we can go for a walk there. Depending on where your Backyard is, travel expenses will be added.
That is of course always possible. If we find, after our first coaching session, that our personalities don’t connect, I offer you a full refund of the remaining sessions.

But, if you follow your goals and action steps, open yourself fully to your coaching and dedicate enough time and effort, you will get great results from your walking coaching. I use many effective ways to coach you towards that. Every session, you will learn a different technique and I will give you extra work to incorporate the new learning into your life.

Yes, I’ve got a Life Coach certification and went for an intensive training to get my Walking Coaching certification in The Netherlands.
The beauty of my coaching in its simplicity, we literally step away from everything. By allowing yourself to “switch-off” in a space which naturally calms your mind, rewilds your senses and helps you to walk alongside your struggles and seeing them for what they are. And I’ll be your guide along the way.
